So there was this package waiting for me when CoffeeBoy & I got home today.
Apparently, CB got my birthday present a little early
He diligently put it together.

Yes it’s a swift!
I’ve never seen this kind before but it’s pretty neat! It’s called a Goko Metal Swift, he got it here apparently. It’s adjustable & I love it - I immediatly put my second skein of Gloss for my Reversi on it - I had planned on a post about my Reversi socks but, I’m giddy about my early birthday present!
Who knew he actually listened to me when I complained about winding skeins?

That swift looks great…too bad it doesn’t have a handle on it so you could turn the wheel and put yarn on it and it could also be a skein winder.

That is an awesome looking swift! And I love the first photo, of boyfriend putting it together. He obviously does not share my deep-seated fear of the words “Assembly Required.”
