I worked on a afgahn for my dear grandmother:

I bought some new sock yarn (again – this is my third sock purchase in a week, although I’m waiting on the other 2):

I got to see a lunar eclipse – it was so clear (but cold), we got to see the whole thing:

in case you thought they were just spots on my camera
I also seem to have caught a cold. Sigh. But I am going to go to knitting night tonight!

Hey! I took a very similar photo that I was going to post today. It’s good to know that the moon looks the same in Boston.

I think I’m also in with the catching-a-cold action, even though I didn’t get to watch the Lunar Eclipse.

The blanket is shaping up! The sock yarn looks pretty fun too. =)
Sorry your sick but I hear all the cool kids are sick lately. Apparently, I’m not cool. Yet.

Those pictures are great – wasn’t it amazing! I sat and watched it for about an hour. I’ve never watched an entire eclipse before. So beautiful!

The eclipse was so much fun to watch. I’d love to see a solar eclipse someday.
I agree w/your previous post about a Sephora splurge. It is so much fun; makes you feel good to have some new makeup.
